The “Zukunftsquelle” (Source of the Future) project will secure the long-term supply of drinking water in Baden-Württemberg. The aim is to reliably meet rising water demand and to further develop the existing infrastructure in a targeted manner for the coming decades.
To this end, existing facilities will be modernised, additional waterworks will be built, and tried-and-tested technology will be replaced by modern, high-performance filter systems that can also deal with invasive species. This will create a sustainable supply structure that will ensure a reliable supply of drinking water to the region in the long term.

We take on project management in a holistic and hands-on manner. In a consortium with two other partners, we cover the entire range of services. From structuring, costs, deadlines, and risks to project organisation and contractual matters.
On site at Lake Constance and with weekly visits to the customer team in Stuttgart, we work closely within the existing project structures. Our aim is not to provide external parallel management, but to consistently integrate project management into the project team. This has resulted in a joint team that prepares, coordinates, and effectively implements decisions.
We structure project and organisational processes, actively manage deadlines, and identify risks at an early stage. Through clear responsibilities, short lines of communication, and transparent communication, we create reliability in everyday project work. This close, integrated way of working forms the basis for efficient, deadline- and goal-oriented implementation.
