Management.
After many years in project management roles, Sophia Hatzelmann and Stefan Albert founded ahc GmbH in 2007 with the aim of providing technically sophisticated project management services. From the very beginning, they attached particular importance to striking a balance between technical expertise and project management methodology. Today, with over 70 staff members, ahc GmbH offers a diverse range of project management services.
Our staff are not only highly trained and qualified; they simply enjoy their work. Thanks to this combination, we work together to drive our clients’ projects forward and ensure a long-term, trust-based partnership. Our clients value our sustainable consultancy and have been entrusting us with responsibility for extensive investment, development and industrialisation projects on a recurring basis for many years.
Sophia Hatzelmann
Executive Management (CEO)
Sophia Hatzelmann is a true all-rounder. Having completed her international degrees in electrical engineering, economics and the humanities, she has built up an excellent reputation as a project manager for large-scale projects in the construction and automotive development sectors. She is an expert at steering highly complex projects out of crisis situations and getting them back on track. Since 2017, she has been an Industry 4.0 Scout for the State of Baden-Württemberg and, since July 2020, an elected member of the General Assembly of the Stuttgart Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). She was honoured with the Engineer Powerwoman Award at the Hannover Messe for her professional achievements and her extraordinary commitment to women in industry and STEM professions.
Stefan Albert
Executive Management (CEO)
A graduate in industrial engineering, he is regarded as a recognised expert in project and programme management. As a project manager and consultant, he has been involved in key developments in the automotive industry in recent years. As an interim manager, Stefan Albert regularly oversees various large-scale projects in the automotive and supplier industries. He also shares his extensive knowledge as a lecturer at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and as a trainer for project management courses (in accordance with IPMA and PMI standards).
Alexander Scholz

Alexander Scholz is our Head of Sales, with a deep understanding of sales processes, customer needs and operational procedures. His passion for achieving results, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, drives the team to excel and fosters long-term business relationships.

Having held various roles in development and served as a project manager for many years, Marco Sweston, together with Marissa Singer, is your point of contact for the Construction division. He stands out for his expertise in large-scale projects. His international professional experience rounds off his profile. He is passionate about the complexity of projects and the diversity within the construction industry.
Marissa Singer
Vice President Construction
Marissa Singer heads up the Construction division alongside Marco Sweston. With a degree in technical business administration – specialising in the automotive industry – and her many years’ experience in plant and factory planning, she approaches projects from a variety of perspectives and thus provides solution-oriented support in optimisation. She is also your adviser for projects and processes relating to production planning.
