ahc GmbH is responsible for project management for the construction of the NEST logistics centre in Halberstadt. The focus is on managing costs, deadlines and risks in a challenging large-scale project involving a turnkey contractor.
We structure the project organisation, manage project execution and coordinate collaboration between the client and the turnkey contractor. A key focus is on consistent contractual management and the handling of changes during the course of the project. In doing so, we ensure transparency regarding the impact on costs and deadlines and create a robust basis for decision-making.
In addition, we are responsible for cost and schedule management across all project phases and support change and risk management. The close integration of contractual management, schedule management and decision-making processes is crucial to the project’s success.
Due to its size, the complexity of the requirements and the stringent contractual structure, the project places high demands on management. Through clear processes, a structured approach and a consistent focus on the project objectives, we make a significant contribution to the safe and on-schedule implementation.
