Our application process.
On average, we need four weeks from receiving your application documents to making you a contract offer. Here’s how quickly and easily it works with us:

Review and response
We review your documents and get back to you.
Conversation with HR
If our first impression is positive, we will send you an invitation for an initial conversation of around 15 minutes. We’ll use it to get to know each other briefly. Who are you? Who are we? Do our expectations align — and are we a good fit?
Feedback
We discuss internally and get back to you within a few days.
Follow-up conversation
If you have also convinced us in the initial conversation, we will invite you to a follow-up interview. Here we talk about your previous experience and your future plans, so we can find a fitting and exciting project for you. This takes around half an hour.
Contract offer
From our side, nothing stands in the way of a contract. Once you confirm, we look forward to welcoming you to the team!
